No longer are you limited, as in the past, to a refurbished modular building that you try to fit into - our buildings are built for you taking into account your needs. Classrooms demand tough, high quality buildings that we provide.

Our building methods are faster and more efficient than traditional methods, providing you a new classroom in just days. Your unit can be completed in as little as 15 working days- the speed of construction is 75% quicker than traditional building methods. SIPS panels are constructed off site while ground works are in progress. Due to the design of our units no wet trades are used enabling us to stick to the fixed price and time plan.

All buildings meet rigorous fire, thermal and sound standards and fully comply with all relevant regulations and building standards.

Unit offer a complete turnkey solution - we can identify your needs, design your building, obtain planning, deliver then construct your Classroom.

We understand budgetary and deadline constraints, costing less than an extension, prices for a typical Unit cost from £1100/m2. Our buildings are tough enough for classroom use - our Parklex internal and external cladding are designed to be anti-graffiti so are extremely cost effective.

We can complete your classroom during a half term minimising disruption to your school and pupils.

We have special expertise in the design and construction of Day Nursery buildings. We understand the extra responsibility involved in creating a building for very young children.

All our buildings are fully compliant with The Disabled Discrimination Act, Part M of Building Regulations and achieve BREEAM excellent.

SIPS – structurally insulated panels are used for the walls, floors and roof. 125mm thick, giving a U-value 0.21. (that’s really really good by the way) Ensures sound proofing, insulation and strength: www.sips.uk.com

Options of natural cedar, oak or larch. Slow grown giving a greater level of stability. (i.e. not twisting and looking cheap) Or veneered sustainable-engineered panels by Parklex. (it honestly looks much sexier than it sounds!!) Allow you to choose from different veneer colour and cutting options. Parklex rain screen cladding façade provides a guaranteed long-term performance. A fantastic product that requires NO maintenance and is guaranteed.
